I love Central Ohio and
I think you will too
I've helped dozens of people relocate to Central Ohio and have developed systems along the way to make the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

And for good reason! Several publications have ranked Columbus in the top 10 hottest markets and fastest-growing cities. The area is booming, thanks to employment opportunities, great amenities, excellent dining, and a high quality of life.
I am a Columbus local and have lived in the area since coming to attend THE Ohio State University in 1996. After graduating from OSU, I began my career in the real estate industry, as a mortgage consultant (loan officer), and pursued that avenue for almost 8 years. Beginning in 2010, I helped run a company that assisted distressed homeowners in navigating their way through the Short Sale process with their current mortgage lender. In 2014, I obtained my Ohio Real Estate License, and since then, I have been assisting both buyers and sellers in Central Ohio with all of their real estate needs.
Having spent over 20 years combined in several areas across the real estate industry, I have a wide range and depth of knowledge and experience, in all facets of residential real estate. I combine this knowledge with a deep desire to truly understand the needs and wants of my clients, and I work zealously to make sure those needs and wants are met. Through my experience, I also understand that to bring a transaction to a successful conclusion, it takes a team all moving in the same direction and working towards a common goal. That is why I have assembled a core nucleus of the top real estate professionals, with whom I can connect all my clients with. Whether it is a lender, home inspector, title company, real estate photographer, interior designer, or other RE professional, I have come to work with only the best of best, who share the same common belief that client satisfaction comes before all else.
With years of experience in the business, I understand every client is different, and will need a unique approach tailored specifically to them. My only goal is to make sure that every client I assist, whether buyer or seller, is genuinely satisfied once their transaction is closed. And I believe my job does not end at that point, but instead I make sure to be there for anything my clients may need help with, long after our transaction has officially concluded.
I always tell people that to successfully do real estate, you may not have to work 24/7, but you have to be available 24/7! However, in my spare time, you will more than likely find me spending time with my wife, daughter, and two wonderfully goofy dogs (both Boxers). Or you may find me whipping something delicious up in the kitchen, watching my beloved Buckeyes on a gorgeous fall afternoon, taking some time away at our favorite place in the world (Key West), spending my night at one of the local music venues, or throwing something tasty on my smoker. But regardless of what I may be doing, I am ALWAYS ready and willing to assist with any and all of my clients’ real estate needs!
The myriad and diverse opportunities in one of the strongest job markets in the country. Cardinal Health, Nationwide Insurance, and Wendy’s are all headquartered here. And what many people do not know, is that outside of NYC and LA, you would be hard pressed to find a larger retail hub. You can find the HQ offices of Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria’s Secret, Express, Lane Bryant, Bath and Body Works, and DSW in Central Ohio as well. Columbus is now also being called “The Tech Hub of the Midwest,” with Intel and Amazon both making major moves into the area recently. The Ohio State University, and the State of Ohio, which are both two of the largest employers in the area are also located in our capital city. Add these industries together and you have all of the makings for an innovative workforce, and robust job market for years to come.
But what is it like to live in Central Ohio? There’s the bright and vibrant Short North Arts District, where every type of shopping and dining you can think of awaits. Or you can spend your Saturday watching THE Ohio State Buckeyes at one of the most storied places in all of college sport, Ohio Stadium better known as The Horseshoe, or “The Shoe” if you are a local. For families, some of the most highly rated schools in Ohio can be found in the area, and there are no shortage of parks, sporting facilities, and fun family attractions such as COSI, and the world renowned Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. There are excellent malls such as Polaris and Easton for shopping. John Glenn International Airport is very easy to navigate and is adding more flight routes every year. Traffic is minimal compared to most cities its size (the joke is you can get almost anywhere in Columbus in about 20 minutes) and the people here are “Midwest Nice,” and very welcoming. Regardless of age or lifestyle, Central Ohio has something for everyone, and really is the heart of it all!
The restaurant scene in Central Ohio is thriving! I'd be happy to share my favorites, but no matter what you're in the mood for, there's going to be something delicious for you.

Relocating can be a daunting task. The thought of undertaking so many major changes in your life; packing and moving, finding a home, beginning a new job, kids starting fresh at school, and living in a brand-new area, can seem overwhelming. You need someone who understands the unique stresses and challenges that arise with a relocation. That person is me. Having assisted with dozens of relocations over the years, I am uniquely qualified to appreciate the needs of people in this situation, and through my experience can anticipate items you may not have even thought of yet.
