Our condo was practically only on the market for 1 day! Jim helped my mom sell her condo & was helpful from start to finish.  The condo needed to make updates and he was crucial in making so many of those decisions because she lives in a different city.  He knows companies to work with for each project (flooring, windows, kitchens) & this made the process easier for my mom and move a lot faster.   Jim responds quickly and when you have questions he finds the answers as quickly as possible
